Contact MetroMedX

Send a factual correction, public source suggestion, privacy inquiry or technical report to MetroMedX. This is a website-feedback channel, not a pharmacy, clinical consultation, patient portal or emergency service. Do not include medical records, prescription numbers, payment data or other sensitive information.

Before Sending a Message

A useful correction report identifies the exact MetroMedX page URL, the sentence or table row in question and a publicly accessible reference that supports a change. For metronidazole questions, include the actual route, concentration and brand context where relevant; a generic product title may refer to very different oral, vaginal or skin preparations.

This correspondence channel does not evaluate an individual infection, recommend a medicine, approve a prescription or resolve a retailer’s order. A submitted form is not a clinical relationship, and individual replies cannot be guaranteed.

Send a Message to MetroMedX

Use this form only for editorial and site-related correspondence. Required fields are marked automatically by your browser. Submission is not a medical consultation and does not guarantee a personal reply.

Include the page URL if you are reporting a specific statement.
Do not include medical histories, prescription photos, payment information, passwords or patient identifiers.

Report a Metronidazole or Brand Error

Examples include confusing vaginal 0.75% gel with topical 0.75% gel, misidentifying Nuvessa 1.3%, omitting an ingredient from Pylera or incorrectly stating that FDA approval guarantees stock. A substantive correction should be supported by a source appropriate to the claim.

Official FDA approval databases address approved product identity; DailyMed supports submitted labeling; CDC clinical guidelines address treatment recommendations. For an FDA-label claim, please supply the relevant branded or generic formulation instead of an unrelated label for another route.

Third-Party Pharmacy and Partner Questions

MetroMedX may link to independent commercial services, but it does not dispense medicines or supervise outside providers. A problem with an order, refund, shipment or prescription must be addressed with the actual seller or clinician. Our articles about online pharmacy verification describe independent licensing checks.

Please report an inaccurate statement on our pages about a commercial provider if you can identify the claim and evidence. We cannot investigate private transactions or guarantee a response from any third party.

Medical-Review and Editorial Questions

Our Editorial Policy explains source standards and corrections. The Medical Review Process and Reviewer Standards explain why an editorial fact-check must not be presented as named clinical approval. You may report an unsupported medical-review badge or attribution using the review category.

Privacy and Sensitive Information

The form collects an email address, a topic and a message; optional fields include a name and public URLs. Do not send health histories, lab results, scans of prescriptions, payment-card numbers, passwords, insurance identifiers or another person’s confidential details.

For personal-information requests, choose the privacy topic and consult the Privacy Policy. The contact channel is not a secure medical messaging service.

No Emergency or Prescription Support

MetroMedX cannot diagnose, prescribe, renew antibiotics, check a pharmacy’s live stock or confirm the safety of an individual medication plan. If your concern involves serious symptoms or a possible adverse reaction, seek timely medical help rather than waiting for an editorial response.
